Who am I and why should you believe me?

My name is Andrew Eaton, and I own and operate ASAP Training -
www.asaptraining.net - here on the North Shore. Since 1991, I've
received professional training credentials from the Aerobics &                                        Fitness  Association of America, the American Council on                                                 Exercise, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the National      Strength & Conditioning Association, earned the title of Resistance Training Specialist from Focus on Fitness, and, most recently, have been certified by the International Youth Conditioning Association as a Youth Conditioning Specialist, specializing in Speed, Agility, and Nutrition.

I am also the former Director of Health & Fitness for both the Deerfield Multiplex, and Midtown Athletic Club at Bannockburn.
